Okay, seriously. This little guy is my absolute favorite! I started making him for my craft fairs, and he got so much love I couldn't resist posting him. If you're an American buyer, you're running out of time to get holiday items before Christmas. Last shipping date for regular pricing is December 15th (other shipping options are available after that). So if you want this little guy, better get on it! :)
P.S. He takes FOREVER to cut out....but I still love him.
This past weekend I was involved in two local craft fairs. It was my first experience doing one so I didn't know what to expect. I went on the hunt searching for old suitcases to display my paper goods and hit up a whole whack of thrift stores for other containers.
Here's what the table looked like. I'll post more pictures when I have some time.
I've been wanting to do some personalized stationery for a while. It's been a little tricky, but I found a machine that will allow me to create my designs on a computer and then cut it out. It was a steep curve, and after much frustration, I've created my first set.
My wedding photographers (Stephen and Jennifer Bebb ~ two of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world, for reals!) saw my stuff and asked if I could create something for their studio. Um, yah! I used their logo and colours from their blog and came up with this:
I discovered that some fabric work better than others because some are more likely to fray. I'm excited about what I'll be able to do now!
Here's what I've been working on! I found some great holiday inspired fabrics and I'm making them into Fabric Paper Card Sets. They'll go into my shop but I'm also working on making stock for some upcoming craft fairs I'm in.
