I love lazy Saturdays. You know, the ones where you wake up whenever, don't have anywhere to be in particular, and spend the day doing whatever you want or don't want to do. Today was such a day for me. I spend the whole day thrifting. I went to all my favourite spots, hunting for treasures.
Usually I just go to look. I'm quite good about not buying things that I don't absolutely love or have a spot for. It can actually be quite overwhelming if you don't have a mission. So for me, the best days are the days when I'm hunting for something specific. On the list today was: ornate picture frames, globes (as always!), a stool, small bowls/dishes to store craft odds and ends, and a wide flower vase. I'm also always on the lookout for more vintage suitcases. Can never have enough of those!
