Time to update!

It's been a busy 12 months.  We renovated the main floor of our house, had a baby and traveled to Europe! Now that Everette is nearing her first birthday and I'm heading back to work, I've had some time to reflect on the past year and I'm making an effort to carve out some time to document our lives again.  I love looking back to see how our lives have changed! 

First up, our house renovation! Some of the finishing work is still being completed but the here are a few snaps of the rooms.    

Then this happened...

When Everette was 3 months old, we flew to Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Malta!  I have lots to share from this trip and our trips to San Francisco and Hawaii.  

 

Turkey Highlights

We spent a few nights in Istanbul (not Constantinople!) and also did a hot air balloon ride while in Turkey.  What an amazing country!  The colors and patterns are to die for.

Morocco Highlights

 

Highlight: I spent the night under the stars in the Sahara. Ah-may-zing!

South America ~ Galapagos (Part 1)

I left in a bit of a rush but my husband and I have been traveling around South America for the last couple of weeks.  We started off our trip in Ecuador in the Galapagos Islands and wow, they didn't disappoint.  We sailed around the islands for 5 days and saw some truly amazing animals and landscapes.  Here are a few snapshots from the trip.
